There was a scene, where he is forced to rush to the hospital to attend to a terminally-ill orphan named Nancy , with whom he had established a close bond. Siva as Remo has earlier promised her that he would "change himself" to a man as a "magic trick", Siva removes his Remo disguise, exposing his identity to Kavya.
For me, its a big deal to do so , which quite touching in that whole movie, even though the earlier proposal scenes are quite overboard. lol.
For me, its a 6.5/10 movie.
