RULES IN GTC CHAT

This is an user friendly place and the representation of recreation and happiness

Rules make no sense where the people are feeling more secure

In chat one should be able to feel oneself freely and be able to express oneself freely. And when there are rules in place, it creates a barrier for users. And as we all know, barriers are crossed. To avoid this, it's better not to set any rules.
